Co-authored ‘Core’, the first cookbook of Clare Smyth MBE: chef owner of the eponymous three Michelin star restaurant in Notting Hill, the only female chef to hold three Michelin stars in the UK, and caterer for the wedding of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle in Summer 2018. Foreword provided by Smyth’s mentor, Gordon Ramsay. Released through Phaidon in July 2022.

Contributed to multiple entries for the 2nd edition of National Geographic’s ‘Food Journeys of a Lifetime: 500 Extraordinary Places to Eat Around the Globe’, slated for release through Simon & Schuster in December 2022.
